A viral video captured the heartbreaking moment when some cold-hearted people abandoned a Husky. He attempted to run after his family, but they drove away without him. The poor dog was left on the side of the road, unsure of what had gone wrong.

Despite all these, it didn’t take a long time for him to receive the love he deserved. A new family adopted the Husky in less than 24 hours. He’s probably still perplexed and heartbroken, but he is not alone now. His family will work with him to ensure that he has a happy and comfortable life from now on!

Joy Dominguez was there when the dog was dumped on a Texas highway. She recorded what she saw and sent it to news organizations. In the footage, the person gets in the driver’s seat and drives away, leaving the dog all alone. The Husky chases after the vehicle, believing he’d only been forgotten, but it doesn’t slow down at all.

The situation is currently being investigated by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. A year in county jail or a $4,000 fine could be imposed on the suspects. Officials can be reached at 915-832-4408 or 915-538-2185 if anyone has information about the dog’s previous owners.

Shortly after it was posted, the video received lots of attention. The Husky was examined by a veterinarian and found in good health, so he was placed for adoption by an animal rescue organization. And in less than 24 hours, he got a new family.

After seeing what the Husky had been through, the Clappsaddle family fell in love with him. A new family adopted the dog in less than 24 hours and named him “Ninook” after the dog in The Lost Boys, a 1987 film. Police are still looking for the dog’s previous owners.
